Here I am again looking at a new report from Allot Communications showing the world how the Video streaming application are killing Mobile resources. Accounting for about 40% of total traffic!

One more thing I’d like to highlight is that 32% of the mobile operators surveyed worldwide have already implemented application-aware charging models. We’ll see how it goes with Net-Neutrality. Fighting already started!!!
